Building Skills to Drive Cloud Transformation

The Microsoft Cloud Academy is a comprehensive skilling initiative designed to empower DGA government officials with the expertise required to lead and excel in a cloud-first world. Structured across multiple carefully curated tracks, the program caters to a wide range of roles-from senior leaders and managers to technical professionals and end users-ensuring every participant gains relevant, actionable skills.

The Cloud Essentials for Business Managers track, hosted in-person, provides senior leaders and managers with a practical understanding of cloud strategy and business impact. Through various other interactive sessions, participants gain insights into cloud adoption, governance and strategic decision-making, preparing them to drive cloud initiatives effectively across their organizations.

For technical learners, the AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, AZ-104: Azure Administrator and Azure Security Administrator tracks offer instructor-led, online training tailored to technical managers, cloud administrators and security engineers. These sessions combine structured theory with hands-on labs, giving participants the confidence to manage Azure environments, implement security best practices and apply cloud solutions in real-world scenarios.

The program also includes AI & Microsoft Copilot Introduction and Cloud Adoption Workshop for Leadership (registration by invite only), designed for business users, end users and C-level executives. These tracks provide exposure to AI-driven tools, practical adoption strategies and immersive workshops at the Microsoft Experience Center, ensuring participants leave with both strategic insight and practical know-how. Across all tracks, the Microsoft Cloud Academy blends instructor-led guidance, applied skills and self-paced learning to create a truly holistic and future-ready learning journey.
